WebbI found the best option was to calibrate using sony's calibration tool. When i went to run the exe the first error i would get was missing two missing dll files which was quickly fixed by installing redistributes 2010 CC from microsoft. Then going to run it it would quickly pop up in cmd and then close with no results.

Upgrading to 0.16 does not fix the issue. On the same SD card, starting with a recreated emuMMC & a vanilla install of Atmosphere 0.16 and hekate_ctaer 5.5 allow the console to boot.
