WebJun 25, 2014 · An easy test is to replace the h100i with the stock cooler to see if it gets better or worse. I wouldn't expect those temps even with the stock CPU cooling fan. If it gets better, start the RMA on the cooler. If it gets worse move on to the power supply; since it started after upgrading the video card, it certainly is a good place to look.

On my System 1 (Intel), with an AIO water cooler, the CPU temp is just slightly above the coolant temp at idle (per Corsair's iCue).
