Bloody Monastery is the best spot for EXP and SP grinding in the entire game. It offers an exp rate of 1.7% per hour, SP rate of 1.6 per hour, trash rate of 6500 an hour. Overall this one is one of the best to grind out both SP and EXP, while also getting a good trash rate.
